God is In Control

"But he knows where I am going. And when he tests me, I will come out as pure as gold.For I have stayed on God's paths; I have followed his ways and not turned aside.I have not departed from his commands, but have treasured his words more than daily food.But once he has made his decision, who can change his mind? Whatever he wants to do, he does.So he will do to me whatever he has planned. He controls my destiny."—Job 23:10–14

Encouragement for Today
Job affirms his faith in God's sovereign control. Job may not like what's happening to him or understand it, but he has faith that God is behind it all, that God is allowing him to go through his difficulties for a purpose. Job also knows his own heart and knows that he has been faithful to follow God as well as he was able. For everyone who is going through rought times, be encouraged. God is in control. He hasn't dropped the ball. He's there with you step by step. Trust in Him, in what He is doing even though it doesn't make sense. I'm praying for you all! Love you so much!
