Oh no she didn't! Oh yes I did, I used the word, 'pooped'! And that's exactly what it is this week!
Sorry to let you down, friends. I haven't been able to blog so much this week. God's had me working on some other things in preparation for special holiday lessons for the children and getting special children's events planning kicked off.
AND...I've been working on special Thanksgiving related projects for my high school math classes. It wasn't easy coming up with math related Thanksgiving projects, but praise God, He helped me find something and the students had a blast! We did turkey statistics and I got some pretty creative graphs as a result.
AND...Miss Brittany had her very first high school JV Basketball Game this week. Praise God for such a sweet, talented child who only unleashes that aggression on the court and not off the court, especially not on any of us! All of the girls on the team are great players and did so well that night. They are such an outstanding team. Sadly, though, they lost by 10 points. But, they played the highest ranking team in the state. So, for their first high school game, they played very well!
Thank you to all of the wonderful ladies who came out Wednesday night to plan the children's Christmas party and planning the decorations for the children's wing! I'm so excited to see what you have come up with! The children are going to have a BLAST! Thank you so much for your hard work and for your dedication to making this special for the children!
